"I read somewhere that one of the best ways to get a horse to loose weight is to get them to go at a steady trot for a certain amoung of time a day, Not sure if it works as I have never had an overweight horse. Maybe lunging as well might work?"

Hi there Pamela.. so nice to hear from someone around my neck of the woods! your horse reminds me of Mosto, same coloring.. Mosto is the first peruvian I have ever had and what  an amazing ride he is. I also have a TW named Sully and he is a great horse as well. You actually don't live too far from us as I think you live near Letchworth State park which is about 45 minutes from us.  Maybe we could set up a ride sometime.  Hope to talk to you soon.. thanks.. hahaha, no I do not raise zebras. That picture was taken at a friend's farm, he has 2 mares & a stallion zebra.
