I have recently joined PHW and am a real novice net user Haha.
My friend Heather Batkin imported 3 Peruvian mares and a stallion back in 05.
She has since bred some mighty looking foals the first of which has been started this year. Peruvians are new to NZ and there are only a handful here and just 2 stallions.
I own a nice little Peruvian/stndrdbd filly. She was born here, is now 4yrs , gaited and riding out well. I would love to have a purebred Peruvian but cannot afford this yet. Heather says "don't worry, there are all my horses to adopt" haha.
