Great Day

I posted a picture of a cute little gray Peruvian Paso Mare in my pics. That cute little mare used to live around the corner from me 11 years ago. She was my introduction to the Peruvian Paso breed, even if it was, only at a distance. The "smell" of a sweaty horse....

I just finished an evening of cleaning pens and feeding our horses. and felt the urge to ride our black stallion, Maximus (yes, he was named after Russell Crow in the Gladiator movie!). I haven't ridden him in over a month, with the shorter days, long working hours, and rainy weekend weather.
